Mukangu, Kirinyaga County in remembrance to a departed member Irene Gichora a talk on cervical and breast Cancer examination were carried out. 

About 400 people attended the talk ten women were given breast examination and tested for cervical cancer.

Cancer Staging

    • Stage 1(Insitu): The cancerous cells are present but have not spread to nearby tissues
    • Stage 2 (Localized ): The cancerous cells are confined(limited)within the site of origin with no signs that it has spread to nearby tissues
